Weekend Violation Rule: If your company is counting your weekends as part of your annual leave, then they will be in a big trouble. According to the Ministry of Labour, companies who are still practicing this policy will be fined SR100,000 or even more.
“The ministry has recorded several cases where companies and employers exploit the ignorance of employees about their rights. Many companies count the weekends as part of annual vacation which is a clear violation of the Saudi Labor Law,” said the source.

Kindly sit down. Thank you.
Allow me a little bit of informality at the outset. You would realize that the three guys in the elevated portion of Congress are from Mindanao. So, wala talaga kaming masabi.

Most often, we always want to stand out on our jobs and impress our bosses that we make several career choices that can change our career path. Our choices and decisions over the course of time we are on our jobs will either make or break our career, hence, we do our best to choose and decide what is appropriate and what can make us better.
These choices can either be a yes or a no; a leap or a downfall; right or wrong. Here are some of the choices that a person normally do but will regret 20 years after:
Paying your bills on time and saving for the future is already hard to do. How much more to become a millionaire before you hit the age of 30? Sounds crazy, right? But as a matter of fact, it is not. With proper guidance and the right plan, anyone can become a millionaire. And when I say anyone, it’s really anyone… including you.
This is a list of the 10 steps that will make sure you become a millionaire before you are 30.
1. Follow the money
It is a normal misconception that when you save more, you’ll get richer. But seriously, that is a total fallacy. Nobody gets rich when they just save. If you save in a bank, they might have the interest rates but who are they kidding? They are using your money to do their own investments and provided you with the interest rate that is just a very tiny portion of their income from your own money.
Free accommodation in UAE, possible? Well, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and other South Asian migrant workers in the United Arab Emirates are expected to benefit in the new government order for employers to offer free accommodation to workers paid $540 or less per month. Guidlines to follow.
The order is UAE’s latest move in the Gulf to address alleged abuses of migrant labor. This is due to the large number of South Asians that make up a huge proportion of the country’s foreign workforce. While Emiratis, who barely account 10 percent of the UAE’s population of nine million. A small population compared to the total number of foreign workers.
According to an old fatwa, of the General Presidency for Scholarly Research and Ifta, banning the popular online and GPS powered game, Pokemon Go, has been explicitly renewed.
In the the old fatwa with decree No. 21,758 that was issued 16 years ago, yes, way back 2001, this kind of game is considered a form of gambling, which is strictly forbidden in Islam.
Sheikh Saleh Al-Fozan, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars, said that “the current version of the game is the same as the old one.”
Thinking of spending your travel money, now? Are you that type of person who is more concerned on saving rather than enjoying the fruits of your labor? This is because you are afraid that your money will eventually go and disappear into nothingness? If so, it’s high time that you change your view and enjoy your money to see and explore the world. Travel. It’ll definitely make you a happier individual.
A university in New York did some psychological research about what will make a person happy. Cornell University studied and proved that the essential key to happiness is through a person’s experience other than the material things that surrounds him or her.
1. Doha, Qatar
Forget New York, London or Hong Kong. Here are seven cities that are racing up the rankings of the world’s richest, and will be among the top 10 by 2025, according to researchers from McKinsey.
Qatar’s Doha is predicted to be one of the rising stars in terms of per capita GDP. The country is already among the richest in the world, and huge investments ahead of the 2022 Soccer World Cup are set to give it extra boost.
2. Bergen, Norway
Bergen is the second most populous city in Norway.
It is already at the forefront of the country’s economy, but McKinsey’s researchers predict it will rise to become one of the richest cities globally. It serves as the hub for Norway’s energy industry, shipping, and marine research.
The Great Wall of China was initially used to protect those inside of the Chinese borders from intruders. Following suit, the Saudi Arabian government is now constructing a six hundred foot “Great Wall” to keep members of ISIS, and other extremists, at bay. The plans for this construction started in 2003, and they are now finally coming to pass. The wall itself will have five layers of fencing, some reaching peaks of one hundred and twenty five feet, and will also serve to keep Shiite militants from entering Saudi Arabia’s borders.
Wondering how to transfer sponsorship when the father or sponsor is dead? In Saudi Arabia, a large population of families lives under the sponsorship of their fathers. It becomes very tricky for families living in the kingdom in case their father dies and there are very vulnerable to deportation to their native country. This is highly possible unless one of the sons of the family is working on a job under different sponsorship of the employer it is possible for him to take the rest of the family members under his sponsorship i.e. mother, unmarried sister and other sibling below age 18.
